50 meter sprint
25 abmat situps (foot anchored situps)
3 mins rest between rounds. Score is fastest individual round.
Blaine: 295# (all the available plates)
Leah: 150#

Leah did awesome. Fear of dead's going away fast. Lookout 300#!!! I wanted todo 315# as Rx'd however the 20#'s short was abit nice. On 1rm dl I wanted to PR. I will prob try tomorrow.
