This morning Leah & I did the following:
AMRAP in 20 mins of
10 Bar/Ball Cleans
10 Box Jumps
10 Ball Slams
9 rnds w/ extra in between.
Feeling last night's workout this one had me wobbling.

On Tuesday night @ the Tozzo Machine Leah & I did the following:
AMRAP in 20 mins of
thrusters w/ 45# bar, 5 reps
situps, 10 reps
goblet squats w/ 40# db, 15 reps
16 rnds into the situps in rnd 17
