First WOD was @ CF-P where we did the following:
AMRAP in 8 mins of
225# DL, 5 reps
Suicide box jumps, 20 inch - 3 count
7 20# ballslams
6 Rnds +dl&box jumps

Then later in the day went to the Tozzo Machine & did the following:
50 situps
5 laps of aprox 200 meters
40 squats
4 laps
30 pullups
3 laps
20 pushups
2 laps
10 burpees
1 lap
Leah (in the AM class): 25:10
Me: 19:52
It felt good to have a 2 WOD day. Also been pure Zone Diet for 3 days & feeling great. CF-P tomorrow!!
