CF-P WOD #2
800 meter run
30 box jumps
600 meter run
20 pull-ups
400 meter run
50 squats
200 meter run
40 abmat situp

Ran around the station & I'm sure it was 800 meters via 2 laps. Box jumped to big tire. Unanchored situps w/ hands behind head.

Reset phone stopwatch when I tried to hit stop. Don't know what my time was. I didn't stop moving.
