In Boca did the following:

Down 7 floors of stairs holding 1.5 pood kb
goblet squats w/ 1.5 pood kb, 15 reps
Up 7 floors of stairs holding 1.5 pood kb
SDHP w/ 1.5 pood kb, 15 reps

While walking up/down stairs kb most of the time was on shoulder.
Pretty tough.
