@ home

W/ Leah @ home did FGB w/ the following exercises:
Leah did the following movements-
Push Press w/ 45# bar
Goblet Squat w/ 20# db
Jump Rope singles
KB Swing w/ 20# db
Push Ups
Total: 353

First I did max snatch in 10 mins:
65#
75#
80#
95#
105#
115#
After 10 mins tried for 120# (f)
Need to work on squat snatch...I'm good & deep w/ 65# but any other weight I don't get into squat posish'.
Then I did:
Push Press w/ 75# bar
Goblet Squat w/ 20# db
Double Unders (ugly)
Kb swing w/ 1.5 kb
Push Ups
Total: 344

Should have done single unders instead. Put a hurtin on me...I was done after 2nd round. Leah wouldn't let me quit. I didn't let her quit.
