In the morn' before I worked @ the Blackburn track I did:

Push-Up
Sit-Up
Rest 1 min between each exercise.
Score lowest # of reps.
A couple of time between exercises it went longer than a min because my song/timer was off a bit.
sdhp - 10,11,11,10,10,11,11,10
squat - 17,17,17,16,15,15,14,14
pull-up - 10,10,8,6,5,5,5
push-up - 20,15,12,12,12,10,12,11
sit-up - 14,14,12,10,10,10,11
Then walked/ran a total of 7k around the dirtbike track.
