@ work

W/ Whitler did the following:
1-10-1-20-1-30
Bench press

I didn't write down the weights but I worked hard & recieved some great instuction from Frank & Chris. Followed that up w/ a tough chest workout.

Finished up the WOD w/ 50 pushups & 100 situps & 25 pullups.
