@ work yesterday did the following after Ropes class:
7 rft
95# power snatch, 7 reps
95# snatch balance, 7 reps
95# ohs, 7 reps
Sud's w/ 65# & wasn't able todo snatch balance as my shoulder doesn't like to bent to allow the bar togo behind my head. Did split jerks instead.

Today when I got home from Rope Rescue Technician class I did the following w/ Ella in the stroller:
2 rft
run 800 meters
run backwards 400 meters

It was fairly difficult pulling the stroller backwards.
