Tozzo Machine

@ the Machine did the following:
Heavy get the weight over head by any means nessessary:
45#
95#
115#
135#
155#
165# (f)
One of next years goals is to get my body weight overhead.

METCON:
AMRAP in 8 mins of:
7 1.5 pood kb swings
7 chest to ground pushups
after 4 mins in I switched to the 2 pood kb


15 rnds

I can't wait till next year. 3 on 1 off & then on the 3rd cycle of that, do a double day. i.e. 3-1-3-1-3(dbl day)-1. Eat right a kick some ASS!! I figured if I can't have a "goto the games" attempt due to the lvl of of competition I would make "this" my Everest.
