While on duty yesterday we did some rope training @ a local 80 ft cliff.
Climbed up the steepest assent I’ve ever climbed 6 times & rappelled down 80 ft cliff 5 times. Tied off & inverted each time.
Was very fun & great training.
Also finished up the day w/ Frank doing pyramid push-ups & sit ups.
Started working on resistance band punches when we got a call.
Punches work your shoulders big time. Pics soon.
