While @ st.17 last A-Shift picking up new special ops challenge coin participated in a mini-tabata workout.

20 sec or work w/ 10 sec rest 8 times each exercise:
Push-ups - 11
Squats - 14

Lowest number of each exercise is the score.

It’s cool to see a full crew doing CF together.
