First 21 was strict & the last 2 rnds where pike w/ knees high.

Didn't keep time however I did a 1 to .5 rest ratio. Felt good & I can see the value of a true med ball.
Finished up w/ 3 sets of 10 dbl unders. First set was unbroken & last 2 sets were only broken once. Tomorrow going todo 2 complete unbroken sets & then on the 3rd day do 3 rnds of 10. I'm going to stick w/ that untill I get one full month. Want 100 straight dubs & 150 in under a min.
