Crossfit Ocala


First WOD @ Crossfit Ocala. Mr. Ford is a pretty cool guy. Might start working out w/ them. Did the following:

AMRAP in 25 mins of:
6 Turkish Getups w/ 44# kb
12 divebomber pushups
18 squats

5 rnds w/ 5 extra getups

Shoulders were going to failure on last rnd.
