Run 10k

@ home after PR’n my butt off in CFT, I ran before dinner. Legs felt good however after the run my feet were killin’ me.

Wod's to make up:
1. Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps
2. Five rounds for time of: (got Dave's 2 pood)
  Run 800 meters
  2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
  30 Pull-ups
