I could have muscled up more weight but in keeping w/ good form I was comfortable w/ 95#. Finished up w/ muscle up work. Got 8 non-kipping MU.
Wod’s to make up:
1. Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Handstand push-ups 5 reps
Bench press 135 pounds, 10 reps
Push press 95 pounds, 15 reps
Dips 20 reps
2. Magnum
