7 Muscle-ups (sub'd w/ full range leg assisted MU)
135 pound Hang power cleans, 10 reps (Sub'd w/ 115#)


@ home after dinner & everyone was in bed. Felt pretty good did 4 non kipping MU’s earlier when I got home from the Blackburn track.
