Run 5k
After dinner w/ the family & recouping from last night….ugh. Felt very good during run, 2 days of rest did me well. I’m sure I ran 4 miles because when I got to, what I knew was the 3 mile mark; my phone said it was only 2.7k. I ran one more mile just to be sure.
