AMRAP in 20 mins:
115-pound Hang clean, 15 reps
12 Ring dips
21 Sit-ups
W/ Whitler @ station. Switched it w/ the order of cleans-dips-situps instead so Chris & I wouldn't fight for the rings.
5 rnds
w/ cleans & 10 situps
last 2 rnds were power cleans w/ first 3 being hang squat cleans.
Could have gotten 6 rnds but thinking the time was up I stopped for a bit. I was mad @ myself.
