AMRAP in 20 mins of
400 meter run 
max reps pull-ups


Yesterday w/ Whitler @ station. It was HOT out. 12 pulls per set in first 5 rnds. 10 in last 2 rnds.

7 rnds 
w/ a few pull-ups into 8th  
1.75 miles

Should have done CFT but I was tired.
