Power clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
After WOD listed below. My form needs work however my hanging cleans are pretty good as when the weight comes my hips close & I pop them back open however w/ the power clean I haven’t figured out how to recluse the hip after the first pull. The book Dave got me for my berfday’ should help.
