5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up
In the early hottest part of the afternoon w/ the sun beatin' down. Sub'd w/ 20# db as w/ previous times I have been unable to finish all 10 rnds due to muscle failure w/ the 45#er.
