2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 Burpees
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
@ home w/ Dave’s 2 Pood KB. Ella was doing burpees & situps w/ me. Sub’d GHSU w/ standard situp w/o lifting hips off the ground.

Swings were the toughest. Need to buy 2 pood. Jummped into kiddie pool when done.
