.com WOD - Cindy

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

@ Station. Could have done 22 but while testing out new cheapy "egg timer" & phone. I was dragging a$$ abit thinking my phone was not working once the egg timer rang. I'm going to count the rounds w/ my phone timer as it's digital & more accurate.

21 rnds & a few squats away from 22.

WOD's to make up:
1. Francoretastic
2. Power clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
3. Five rounds for time of:
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
25 Back extensions
