.com WOD - BP & SDHP

For time:
Row 500 meters
Body weight Bench press, 30 reps
Row 1000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 20 reps
Row 2000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 10 reps

@ Station w/ Whiltler. Sub'd row w/ SDHP w/ 45# BB. 2000 meter row was sub'd w/ 95#-115# HPC aprox 70 reps.

Also worked on back extensions on picnic table & w/ some dub work. BP weight was only one @ body weight w/ the remaining 115# & 135# for the last 10 reps.

Run 400 meters
50 Squats
