30 Muscle-ups for time
@ home w/ rings hanging from the tree. Pic soon. Since yesterday’s Barbara my pull-ups are a bit weak. Was only able to get a few MU’s. Finished w/ some strong C2B pull-ups & 20 mins of dbl under work.
WOD's to make up:
1. Francoretastic
2. CFT (rest day WOD in BLUE)
3. Thruster 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
4. Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
