@ home yesterday did the following:
Five rounds for time of:
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
25 Back extensions
While Ella was trying to squirt me w/ water & causing a rukus. Situps were getting tight towards the end. Ate a stromboli for lunch @ this fast food place in G.Ville & was feeling ill.
