.com WOD - N2E & PullUps

@ Station after a pretty large dinner. I'm making it a regular habit of WODding w/ a full belly. Need to mix it up. Did the following:

Three rounds for time of:
21 L-Pull-ups
15 ft. L-rope climb, 3 ascents

Sub'd L-PullUps w/ 21 K2E & 3 sets of 10 pullup per rnd.

Held out on FGB so Whitler can join in.

1. Francoretastic
2. FGB
3. Hang power clean and jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
4. Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
