.com WOD - Run & Pullups / Front Squat

@ Station w/ Whittler did the following:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Runs felt heavy thanks to yesterday's WOD. Pullups were good as well.

175# x 3 (too shallow)
