@ home after dinner @ around 21:00 hrs did the following:
Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
OHS’s were tough. Started out @ 90# on Emerson’s bar (thin & not wide enough to get proper grip). Then half way through 1st rnd dropped down a bit of weight & dropped once again in middle of 2nd rnd. Finished final rnds up w/ what I’m pretty sure was 60#. Also in Struct. Collapse class during day @ FSFC.
