While working 12 hrs OT on C-Shift did the following:

Hang power clean and jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
&
Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
&
Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

HPCJ felt pretty good. 140# was just to heavy. On CFT w/ the Back Squat I was going for 235# for the second time & had to dump it. For a second my life flashed before my eyes. It felt like a small town in the middle of nowhere. On the final heavy WOD the Push Jerks felt awesome. That has to be my best lift. Very complete movement.
