@ Station by myself did the following:
Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions (sub'd w/ Supermans)
50 Sit-ups
Felt very strong!!
Lil' upset Dave beat me @ the Filthy Fifty as I was sure I was pushing pretty hard. I don't race the clock I race Dave from now on.
