.com WOD - DL & BS & Burpees

Yesterday w/ Whitler @ station did the following 3 WOD’s:

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
&
Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps
&
For time:
100 Inverted burpees


Chris is a strong SOB as he DL’ed 365#. He was trying to trick me into DL’ing 315# but as made evident by the ease @ which I lifted 310# that I have a mental block w/ the 315#.

BS’s felt pretty good. On a couple of the squats I wasn’t sure I was getting deep enough however Chris was saying I was. I PR’d by 5#.

Then finished up w/ 100 regular burpees for time.

…Chris beat me by 1sec however I had to start the clock & had troubles making sure it was working.

Today did the Filthy Fifty @ The Tozzo Machine

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions (Sub’d w/ Supermans)
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (Sub’d w/ 45# BB Thrusters)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (Sub’s w/ Tuck Jumps)


I was going pretty hard but I didn’t PR. I guess I have to have Hammortree ahead of me to come out w/ a better time.
