Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
21 Burpees
Run 400 meters
Sub'd row w/ SDHP w/ 45# bar. I hate SDHP followed by my next least favorite...burpee's YEAH BURPEES!! Competition has changed before it was try to beat Dave but now it's try not to be beaten by Chris. He beat me on this one but I'm sure the next time a pullup WOD comes up I'll be up again.
