Yesterday @ Tozzo Machine did the following:
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Felt pretty good cept sit-ups were rough.
#1 - 3:16
#2 - 4:07
#3 - 4:43
#4 - 5:32
#5 - 5:29
Total - 23:11
Last time Total: 23:28

Than today @ station did the following:
Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 L Pull-ups
15 Steps, Walking Lunge
L-Pullups on the first 5 rnd w/ knees to elbows the remaining rnds. HSPU against dog traning tower.
14 rnds
& 5 HSPU/6 knees to elbows.
Might get out there & do CFT.
