Yesterday @ home did the following:
Run 5 K
Run felt good & I'm sure my time was faster but my pace counter (cell phone) is not configured exactally yet.

After run then did:
1000 meter row
45 pound Thruster, 50 reps
30 pull-ups
Sub'd row w/ 100reps SDHP w/ 1.5 pood KB (53#)
Sub'd thrusters w/ 50reps 1 pood KB thrusters (35#)
Was doing well & Emerson called @ aprox 4:00 mins in & aprox 5 mins later finished. Stopwatch on phone screwed up my time.
