W/ Dave @ St. 32 did the following:
For time:
150 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
I used a 24# ball instead cause I’m nutzo. After dbl Murph w/ 600 squats my legs were shot. The wall balls actually broke up the pain & I’m sure my time could have been better w/o the 600 prior squats.
Nick Cordle came out w/ us & did them as well after Dave & I were done.
