@ home did the following:
For time:
1 mile Run Did 2 mile Run
100 Pull-ups Did 200 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups Did 400 Push-ups
300 Squats Did 600 Squats
1 mile Run Did 2 mile Run
Was basically 40 rounds of Cindy w/ 2 mile run “bookends”. Didn't think I would be able to get that many rounds as fast as I did. First 2 miles were an 8 min mile. After 40 rnds I needed a drink so while running past the house I ran in & snagged some H2O.
