.com WOD - Pulls-Dips-Sit's

@ home w/ Ella hanging in here stroller did the following:

Complete as many rounds as you can in thirty minutes of:
Five pull-ups
Five ring dips
15 Sit-ups

Sub'd Pull-ups w/ Ring L-sit pull-ups. Felt pretty good & even mixed in a few sets of false grip pull-ups. Both Pulls & Dips got tough.

19 rnds w/ 5 pulls & 5 dips & 13 situps.

Good Times!!

WOD's to make up:
Murph & Francoretastic & Back Squat 7 single reps
