.com WOD - HSPU-RD-PU

OUCH!! did the following @ home after Ella had gone to bed:

21-15-9 reps of:
Handstand push-ups
Ring dips
Push-ups

My shoulders were whooped. This was a more of a muscle fatigue WOD than anything. First 10 HSPU were on the wall w/ the remaining PU's pike off the table. This looked way easier on paper.
