.com WOD - Feeling Sick!!

@ Station during a day of feeling ill did the following:

Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Hang squat clean, 9 reps
15 ft Rope climb, legless, 3 ascents

Sub'd w/ 65# hang squat clean & 15 pull-ups per rnd. Felt pretty crappy all day but felt a bit better after the workout.

Also was up 24hrs straight running calls.
