W/ Whittler @ station did the following:
For time:
225 pound Deadlift, 21 reps
Run 800 meters
225 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
Run 800 meters
225 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
Run 800 meters
DL's were tough & run felt pretty good. Did first 11 straight & Whittler was done w/ first 21. I was trying to goto full extension on my lift. Chris was just getting the weight off the ground & up to his thigh.
