Seven rounds for time of:
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
10 Ring dips

SDHP were rough. Ring Dips easy & deep.

Followed by:

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

I need work on my form but felt very strong before I hit 295#.
