@ the Tozzo Machine because some dead guy stole my olympic bar from the front of my house. I'm still PO'eD.

For time:
Row 500 meters
115 pound Push press, 21 reps
Row 500 meters
115 pound Push press, 18 reps
Row 500 meters
115 pound Push press, 15 reps
Row 500 meters
115 pound Push press, 12 reps

Sub'd row w/ SDHP. SDHP's went well considering how much I hate them. PP's were broken like...(I can't think of anything witty to put here) They were just broken in 1's & 2's. First set however was straight through. It was good having Dave root me on.
