.com WOD - 50 w/ 400

@ home just before dinner. Going w/ the constantlly varied theme I did the WOD after a full ice cream cone. 

For time:
50 Ring Dips
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters

Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor".


Sub'd HSPU w/ legs piked on table. HSPU were pretty rough. Push-Ups were as rx'd along w/ Ring Dips. Dave must be drinking special juice...he beat me again.
