While in confined space class did the following:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Row 250 meters
Sumo deadlift highpull 95 pounds, 21 reps
Pull-ups 15 reps
Sub'd row w/ 3 hose hoist's & sumo's w/ 100# sandbag power-clean. Stupid timer on cell phone was giving me problems (ESO Error) & I was unable to determine the first 10 mins. Restarting clock w/ 10 mins had 2rnds & finished up w/ 5 total. Was happy w/ effort but not happy w/ phone.

Today after class did the following w/ a PR!?!?!
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Felt great infact I was pretty sure I was going to PR that was untill I hit the 26th round & looked @ the timer on my phone. It had allready rang however w/ the ringer off it doesn't "ring", instead it vibrates. I'm pretty sure I got 24 in, it just can't be official w/o accurate timing.
I wanted to post that I beat Dave...but...ugh!!!
