Yesterday did the following WOD from crossfit.com

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps

WU w/ stretch
DL 115# x 10 reps
DL 135# x 5 reps
DL 135# x 3 reps

Today w/ Dave @ his studio did the following .com WOD

Hang power clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

145# (F)
135#
140# (F)
135#

Also worked on OHS w/ 45# bar & then 65# 10 reps each.

My goal this year is to stick to the .com WODs & complete every WOD throughout the year regardless of difficulty.
