@ the Crossfit box in Boca during our short visit down the see Leah's grandparents I went in to get a WOD.
We did the following:
TINA TURNER
AMRAP IN 25 MIN.
200M RUN
10 D/L (65/95)
15 HSPU
20 BROAD JUMPS
AMRAP IN 25 MIN.
200M RUN
10 D/L (65/95)
15 HSPU
20 BROAD JUMPS
Had x 6 rnds w/ 9 dl's. Could have had 7 however during the first 2 rnds I went for full HSPU on the wall. After 2 rnds I went over to the poly box w/ knees on top & did the rest there. The box wasn't much easier however there was a whole core strength component which I was lacking during the wall PU's which made it hard. In the end to my surprise I found the broad jumps to be the more brutal.
