Yesterday was rest day however the day before was the following (forgot to post):
Complete four rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
15 Handstand Push-ups
15 ft Rope Climb, 2 ascents
Sub'd w/ 15 Pull Up's insetad of Rope climbs & did 5 rnds due to not having a rope. Also after 1st rnd did HSPU w/ knees on box jump.
