Holly Cow Pie!!! This is my least favorite WOD. In fact, I seriously hate it!!

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

@ home after the first day of VMR (Vehicle Machinery Rescue) Class. Leah, Emerson @ Ella were running around me while WODding.
